Do I need farming experience to join AgroTeva?

How much money do I need to get started?

How much time do I need to spend at the facility each week?
AgroGrowers typically spend 8-12 hours weekly on their towers. AgroCultivators need 15-20 hours, and AgroProducers invest 25-35 hours weekly. You can schedule your time flexibly around your current job or commitments.
What crops can I grow, and who decides what to plant?
We focus primarily on microgreens, herbs, and specialty leafy vegetables with high market demand. Members vote quarterly on which crops to prioritize based on market analysis. You have input on your tower allocation, but we coordinate planting schedules to ensure consistent customer supply.
How are customers and sales handled?
AgroTeva manages all customer relationships, sales, and distribution. We have established contracts with local restaurants, grocery stores, farmers markets, and direct-to-consumer channels. You focus on growing; we handle the business side.
What support do you provide for marketing and finding customers?
